Directions: Where is Fern, IA? About 18 miles west of Cedar Falls, on the
stretch of Highway 20 that runs north-south (with Highway 14) between the
T-intersection west of Dike and Parkersburg. From Dike head west on Highway 20
for about 8 miles and you will reach the T-intersection where 20 joins Highway
14. Turn north (right). Fern is about 1 mile up the road, easily distinguished
by at least 8-10 buildings and a large red sign indicating an antique dealership
west of town. Follow this sign! Don't miss the turn! Head west on a paved road
(then gravel, then paved, then gravel, then paved, then...) for a mile or two
until on the north (right) side of the road you see a sign in front of a house
that says "West Fern Antiques". This is Stinchfield's! (If anybody has
any problems with these directions, especially the Stinchfields, please let me
know.)

The rest of you I'd like to hear from by Wednesday! Thanks!
"Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in
nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is
no safter in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring
adventure or nothing at all." -Helen Keller (This quote hung above Alex
Lowe's desk.)
